Meet Entrepreneurs on Sprouter

A few months ago, I had a chance to review Blellow, which was an innovative online service designed to help people get more out of their interactions with others without having to deal with the noise that we all have to deal with on Twitter. Sprouter is another innovative service that uses the same concept to enable you to reach out to fellow entrepreneurs to share information and collaborate with them. While you are still limited to 140 characters for your posts, you get to interact with fellow entrepreneurs and people who can actually help you expand your ideas and get things done.
Sprouter’s interface is not that different from what I have seen on other social media sites such as Blellow. It has a Twitter-like look and feel to it. But you do get to create topics and filters. You can also create events and review the events that are going on all around you. What I like about Spourter is the fact that it’s very targeted and lets you find people who are active in your field of business. If you are a serial networker, you are going to appreciate having the ability to reach to other people who may be involved in your niche or other related markets .

Sprouter may not be for everyone, but if you intend to get some real business done on the web, it doesn’t hurt to be a part of this community. The service certainly has potential. Best of all, you know people who are a part of this community are serious about sharing and providing value. If you’ve got time for one more social community, add Sprouter to your list.
