I don’t know about you, but I use Google Reader to manage my RSS feeds. Google Reader works great on Windows or Mac, but I am not quite satisfied with its performance on my iPad. Thankfully, there is an app for everything in iTunes. That includes a Google RSS reader client too. MobileRSS HD is an attractive RSS reader that lets you keep up with your favorite blogs on your iPad and keep your account synced up with Google Reader at all times.

MobileRSS HD lets you read your RSS feeds like you would on Google. It gives you the tools you need to save, share, and mark your stories. You can also add your favorite stories to Twitter, Facebook, and Delicious.

The app lets you save images to your photo album. It can keep track of your “read” and “unread” stories too. Best of all, your iPad will stay synced up with your Google Reader account when you are on the move.
If you are addicted to Google Reader and want to use your iPad to follow your favorite Google Reader feeds, MobileRSS HD is a solid option to go with.
